My name is Suzanne Trainor, and I’m a Tiny Habits Certified Coach, a Certified Life Coach, and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. My training through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy provided me with a strong working knowledge of diet, lifestyle, and nutrition, and I have access to some great tools and resources. But I am more than a source of useful information. My primary role is to serve as a catalyst for transformation, using Positive Psychology Coaching, Tiny Habits Behavior Change, and Mind-Body Medicine.
