I help people and organizations work with their incredible mess instead of against it. I am one of the founders of the Swedish collaboration agency Incredible mess and the author of the book Solve problems together – leading meetings that matter.
Organizations work better with their when mess they become better at acting on changes and solving complex problems together. I coach teams and managers in incorporating agile ways of working, improving collaboration, and implementing new behaviors in the organization.
When I coach people to work better with their incredible mess, it is usually focused on managing complex problems, improving meetings and collaboration, or managing conflicts.
A big part of my work is also around facilitating workshops and training people in co-creating change, agile ways of working, collaboration & conflicts, and solving problems together.
