I’ve experienced first-hand the effect high-pressure jobs can have on health, and the effect poor health can have on wellbeing and performance. I created BioMe to help organisations break this vicious circle, put employee wellbeing first, and thrive as a result. This is not a new idea, but I think it can be done better.
