I am a certified Getting Things Done® Trainer and Tiny Habits® Coach. I am the only one licenced with the combination GTD/Tiny Habits in the Nordic, and possibly the world.
In 2001 I graduated as a ceramicist and sculptor from the University of Wolverhampton. The following years I evolved my artistic career with 7 solo exchitbitions and more that 50 group exhibitions around the world. I have worked as a project manager for private and vocational schools, with applications and project managing in the establishment process. I used to be a principal and general manager. I am a hybrid of an academic and practitioner, with a whole lot of creativity.
I write regularly in a regional paper in Norway, Agderposten, with the column «Get things done with Anna Stina». There, I convey tips related to personal productivity, stress management and now also habit changes.
A beatiful pittoresque sea-town called Risør is my home town, but previously I have lived in England and the USA and a total of 9 different places in Norway. I am the mother of two youngsters and are passionate about helping anyone with the tools for behaviour-change that can benefit from having a better life with more productivity, less stress and more presence.
