He’s spoken about technology at SXSW, health at Health 2.0, transtech and biohacking at the Quantified Self World Conference, mindfulness at TED Active, and more. He’s studied mindfulness with University of Massachusetts’ Medical School professor Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD and is certified in Stanford Behavior Design Lab founder Dr. BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits® behavior change methodology.
He teaches habit formation and behavior change to individuals and organizations across the U.S. and Europe through interactive workshops.
A former Division 1 athlete and a lifelong innovator, builder, health advocate, and playful rebel, he’s currently the founder of Stamina Lab, which is building tools to help improve the mental and physical health and well-being of people looking to reduce stress, improve their nutrition, be more active, get better sleep, enjoy happier, healthier lives, and unlock their human potential.
