Hi! My mission is to help people begin experiencing the benefits of an industrial-strength mindfulness practice starting with just 30 seconds or less a day. As a meditator for about 10 years now, I have experienced the benefits of mindfulness and this inspired me to become a mindfulness coach. However I have noticed that while people conceptually know about the benefits, this does not necessarily help them translate this into practice (i.e. using motivation alone within the context of a busy, fast-paced world).
My solution is to incorporate two systems--an industrial-strength mindfulness system (Unified Mindfulness) with a proven behavior design system (Tiny Habits) to help people get an accelerated start on this path if they choose to take this journey.
