TJS Nutrition is a one on one nutrition coaching service that focuses on habits using the Tiny Habits® method. Each client works 1-on-1 with me and I am accessible at virtually any time via phone, text, or email. Would you ever drive somewhere you've never been before without GPS? If not, then why would you try to change your lifestyle and habits on your own? Think of me as your GPS (Google or Apple Maps LOL). I am ALWAYS here to help. Anyone can do this program: parents with young children who don't have any time, Peloton riders, Crossfitters, senior citizens and people from all walks of life. This program will work if you choose to workout or not. I am a parent with two high energy boys so I know what it's like! I have many strategies that will save you time and money and help keep you accountable when motivation is very low.
I will look over your intake form and take the guesswork out of how much you should be eating. I will give you a macronutrient (protein/fat/carbohydrate) goal to hit daily and you will track your food in an app called MyFitnessPal. You will report all of your macronutrients, sleep, steps, workouts (if you choose to workout) and habits on a weekly basis via a Google Sheets document. I will look over how your week went and make recommendations and adjustments and will help you progress towards your goal efficiently and safely.
One of the biggest roadblocks many have on their nutrition journey is weekends. I am here to help you plan your weekend so you can find balance and still enjoy the foods or beverages you like and still work towards your goal. We will focus on CONSISTENCY and not perfection.
