My work is body focused. I help people understand their emotional patterns in relation to their bodies. I train people to develop a mindset that allows them to inhabit the body and improve overall feeling of calm and connection.
I have also studied deeply in the field of indigenous wisdom and work with non-ordinary states through dance, meditation, rhythm and breath. I work with intergenerational patterns to improve family dynamics with systems constellations, pioneered by Bert Hellinger.
Healthy relationship to control is everything in my books and it begins by paying attention to somatic experience.
I work a lot with pain in the body and how it can be connected trauma and even intergenerational patterns.
