In my personal experience, I fumbled along my advancement path for several years until I hired a coach and it rapidly accelerated my progress. I implemented small changes that yielded high impact. I want to help others do the same.

I hold a doctorate in leadership, as well as a law degree. I am a certified coach through the Center for Executive Coaching, an ICF and BCC accredited program, and a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner with Genos, a top 20 ranked business assessment.
