I am a Personal and Professional Development coach with Biomedical/Biomechanical Engineering as a background. I am curious about complexity and we humans fulfill that criteria from different angles. I am always looking to learn clear and simple tools that help me better understand complexity. Coaching allows me to do so since I consider the whole person in a coaching session, independently of the nature of the problem that the person is trying to tackle.
My niche is women in Tech and my main interest is to help them with their energy management at work, which entails stress and conflict management, among others. My ultimate goal is to help them become aware of which behaviors driven by which values will give them satisfaction, not just in the short-term but also in the long-term. The Tiny Habits Method helps my clients to reliably act upon these behaviors, bringing to fruition all the insights and plans from the coaching sessions.
