I have 20 years experience working with a variety of organizations including everything from professional service firms to UN agencies, with a couple of educational institutions and private sector companies thrown in for good measure.

My clients and colleagues appreciate the candour and passion that I bring to help them solve performance issues with practical solutions. I design and deliver formal and informal learning in a variety of soft-skills topics as well as coach leaders in personal and organizational change.
