I would call myself an essentialist and I love to cut it down to the essentials and focus on the vital few things that really matter. Main pillars of my work incl. time in nature, natural movement practises, breathing exercises and cold exposure. I love to see my clients overcome fear and build self-confidence -> self-confidence that they can change and turn life around!
