Emma is a self-leadership coach and business strategist for ambitious underdogs. Her mission is to help you become fully actualised and achieve that one goal you’re too afraid to say out loud. She enjoys working with highly sensitive and ADHD women, and other neurodivergent folks. She specialises in helping people break through perfectionism, procrastination and overwhelm through the power of imperfect action. She also brings the 5-step human-centred design process into her work, helping clients design a fulfilling life, business and habits.
Emma has over 13 years experience as a journalist and writer, and is the author of the book Progress Over Perfection: A Guide To Mindful Productivity. She holds a Bachelor in Media and Communication, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and is currently studying a Masters of Business Psychology.
