As an Exercise and Nutrition Advisor and a Certified Tiny Habits Coach I specialise in helping busy people simplify the overwhelming task of creating sustainable and effective lifestyle changes for increased energy and vitality.
I work in person or online with clients to offer support, guidance and inspiration to those looking to improve their health.
As a full time working mother and competitive ultramarathon runner, I fully understand the challenges of balancing home, work and self care. I believe the Tiny Habits Method holds the key to living a full and happy life and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience to help my clients. Further, my personal journey with Meniere’s Disease has led me to further appreciate the importance of nutrition and exercise in managing mental and physical discomfort and I am committed to extending my support to help clients who suffer from chronic disease or illness.
