I help people build new habits with ease and in an interesting way. My specialty is getting up early and building morning routines for full time employees who want to create a side business or take care of themselves but are too tired to do so after 9-5 work.
Also, I help new entrepreneurs and students overcome procrastination and increase their productivity.
Besides being a Tiny Habits Coach, I am also European Coaching Association certified Coach, NLP Trainer, Energy Balance Coach, LCS Coach (and a few things more), and I use all methods to be the best support to my clients.
