I’m a behavioural change designer and I help institutional clients foster data culture in their organisations as my primary occupation.
Still, I believe there is nothing more empowering than personal exploration and growth, which is why I help my clients identify their purpose and design their life respectively – to support it rather than undermine it, as we often, unintentionally, do. As a Tiny Habits coach I specialise in co-creating stress reduction strategies, building resilience and working on personal development. I’m particularly passionate about unlocking creative energy in people.
What I love about the Tiny Habits method is that it gives you tools to feel successful by breaking down your big aspirations (e.g. I want to manage my work stress better) into small, simple steps (e.g. After I finish my work for the day, I will do 5 mindful breaths). Once you master this method, you will be able to apply it to every area of your life.
