She works with and leaders, teams and organizations to facilitate culture change, support leadership development, talent management and enhance performance and effectiveness.
Maria Giovanna is often asked to help people to broaden their perspectives, sharpen their skills and think more deeply about themselves. As a qualified executive coach, she works with senior leaders to design effective responses to their leadership dilemmas and develop their strategic leadership capabilities.
Having worked across Europe, Africa, US and Asia and as well as diverse industries from Pharma, IT, Fashion, Telecommunication and Oil&Gas, Maria Giovanna is culturally-sensitive and highly adaptive. Maria Giovanna’s work is informed by Appreciative Inquiry, Positive Psychology, Complexity Theory, Adult Development Theory as well as more traditional approaches.
With the ability to work face-to-face and virtually at all levels of an organisation, she is passionate about using different learning methods to ensure that the diversity of individuals and teams enable sustainable impact on both the individuals and the organisations. Maria Giovanna holds a Masters of Business and Organizational Psychology (University of Liverpool), Master of Business Administration (EDHEC) and Bachelor of Business.
