After 20 years in company wellbeing as a coach, trainer and manager, I founded my company ‘Thrive at Work’ to help people create sustainable, healthy habits at work – tiny behaviours to weave into their working day to help them feel and work better.
All of us aim to achieve peak performance and health at work, however there’s often a frustrating gap between what we should be doing and what we actually manage to do. Let’s face it – we’re all busy and change can sometimes seem so hard and time-consuming.
That’s why I coach the Tiny Habits Method – a simple, effective and quick way to bridge that gap between good intention and action. This process will help you to easily create the daily habits needed to achieve a happier, healthier working life.
