I have been a dietitian for over 10 years. In the early days, my help with clients wanting to lose weight focused on the ‘what’ of weight loss. I call it this the 30% of what’s needed to lose weight. This is the knowledge that helps you to navigate the food system, control hunger, understand what you ‘should’ do in order to achieve a health weight. Tiny habits has bridged the gap in my clinical tool box. I now not only enable my clients to understand what’s needed to lose weight, I also help them automate the habits that achieve lasting weight maintenance.
