As a Level 1 USAT Triathlon coach, I help multisport athletes improve their lifestyle and training through the use of Tiny Habits. In addition to training plan development, I help people interested in completing their first triathlon or improving their race results through being successful at making the appropriate lifestyle changes. As a triathlete myself, I have used Tiny Habits to make changes to my lifestyle which have resulted in improved performance. I have completed 3 full Ironman distance races and 10 half Ironmans.
